Gluten Free Etritrian and Ethopian Cuisine Surprised Me - I Love It!

Great Gluten Free and Vegetarian choices. The staff are knowledgeable about GF issues and entire menu is GF.
I had no idea what to expect. The food can be spicy but is spiced to order. It reminds me of fusion of Middle-Eastern / Indian cooking. Most dishes are served on a flatbread made from the grain Teff. The bread tastes vaguelly sour, like a sourdough bread. It is really tasty. Traditionally, you eat with your fingers and use the bread as a "utensil" to pick up the food. It can get messy, but is literally finger licking good. Try it for yourself!
